Q: How do I make a purchase? Top

To make a purchase, please follow the simple instructions below: 1. Choose the desired model and power output. 2. Type the desired quantity into the Quantity field box located in the Products page. 3. Click on the Add to Cart button

Q: Where are your lasers shipped from? Top

Our lasers are shipped directly from our factory in Hangzhou, China.

Q: What are your shipping costs and policies? Top

LuckLaser.com ships worldwide from our warehouse in Hangzhou, China.Orders placed by internet, or email will be shipped within 48 hours. The shipping cost for the item is $18.00.All orders are shipped express mail and are guaranteed to arrive at your doorsteps within 8 business days. Most orders arrive between 3 to 7 business days.

Q: Can I track my package online? Top

Yes. After shipping out your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days, please contact master@lucklaser.com. We will gladly confirm your order and provide you with a tracking number.

Q: What are my payment options? Top

We take Paypal and Alipay ,credit/Debit card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX).We also make a telegram transfer and Western Union Money Transfer.

Q: How will I know if my order went through? Top

After making an order at LuckLaser.com, check your email to see if you have received a confirmation email. If it has been some time and you still have not received any emails, please contact master@lucklaser.com to confirm your order.

Q: Is there a warranty on your products? Top

Of Course! We guarantee all lasers to be free from defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of 6 months. If you have any problems with your laser within this warranty period, send it back to us and we will send a brand new replacement back with no questions asked. The only exception is if we discover evidence that the laser has been misused or disassembled. To make a claim, please contact master@lucklaser.com.

Q: Is there a return policy? Top

Yes, if you are not satisfied with our product within 7 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund minus all shipping costs. For further information regarding the exact procedures, please contact master@lucklaser.com . Do not return any products without prior notification.

After MH370 accident, airline express company and post office have currently banned the LI-ION batteries shipment, so we have to remove all the batteries. So sorry for the battery issue!
 

Yes, the batteries are included. Few laser pointer web store could afford customer batteries. ( Due to international shipping regulations, we are unable to ship batteries with your package. ) LuckLaser pay the express company a big sum for battery security check fee every year. Note: Laser pointers mostly use one or two of these battery types: AAA , CR-II (or CR-2), CR123-A, 16340, 18650 or 26650. Except the AAA battery, most of them you can't find them in supermarket. So we think it's very necessary to carry with the batteries.

Q: Are your Lasers dangerous? Top

Every Laser can be potentially dangerous if misused or abused. Laser pointers are NOT toys and should not be used without precaution and safety equipment. Please keep Laser Pointers away from children. Do not shine the laser at any person, animal or vehicle. Shinning your laser at an Aircraft is considered a felony in North America (Canada and the US).

What about "LuckLaser's Limited Time Replacement Plan" ? Top

At LuckLaser, we appreciate your patronage, and would like to keep you as a long-lasting and happy customer. This is why we give you the opportunity to extend our normal « Limited Time Replacement Plan », to a period of up to ONE FULL YEAR. Within this period, if you feel that another Laser would better fit your needs or application, you simply need return your existing, undamaged Laser to our facilities, and to pay the difference between the new Laser from the one you presently own. We will be pleased to replace your high technology Laser with the one of your choice, as long as its price is of equal or higher value.
