Return Policy

 

1. If you are not satisfied with our product within 7 days of receiving it(excluding Made-To-Order Product), you can return it for a full refund minus all shipping costs. For further information regarding the exact procedures, please contact service@lucklaser.com . Do not return any products without prior notification.

Products (excluding Made-To-Order product) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.

2. For Made-To-Order products, if the items do not fit properly but were made accurately according to your order specifications, we only support repair the product problem but not full refund.

3. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

LuckLaser guarantees its products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.

2.    Non-customized products, if the seller has not shipped the products, the buyer can apply for a refund.
3.    Customized products, if the seller has not yet arranged for production, buyer can apply for a refund.
4.    Received the product within 7 days, if the buyer find the product t has encountered the following issues, buyer can apply for a refund or exchange a new one or ask the free repair:
☆    The products do not match the page’s description. 
☆    Seller send the wrong product to buyer.
☆    The products have quality problem. 
☆    For the customized products, the product did not achieve customization needs.
